Pistachio is a product that, with its unique reputation, has brought the name of the country of Iran to all parts of the world. Pistachio is a desirable fruit, which is from the group of brains and among all of the items of nuts properly called the Sovereign of the Brains. The nutritional value, tastefulness, comfortable digestibility and high calorie content are among the features that have made it better among the most fruits. Iran is the main pistachio production center in the world, which produces about 53 percent of the world’s pistachio.
